We've volunteered in eHQ, gone through leadership training, become coordinators for eHQ, lead Love Week events and NOW - we're leading a Financial eGroup! I can do *healthy* things. Last night, I was thinking about how I had really slowed down my consistency in my self-care for the week. With a new week ahead of me, I envisioned myself doing the things I want to do - then I thought about my alarm - t
