STEP 01 : Establish Where You Are
We'll take a look at the different areas of your life [Health, Personal Development & Relationships] to see where you are now in each category in order to establish a baseline. You have to know where you're starting from to get to where you want to go.
STEP 02 : Establish How You Are
Next, we'll use various personality and strengths tests to get to know your own hardwiring and behavioral tendencies on a much closer level. These tests aren't an end-all-be-all, but they are a GREAT tool to use to gain insight into how you think and work.
STEP 03 : Establish Who You Are
Once you have a better understanding about where you're starting from and how you're hardwired, your values and what's important to you will start to bubble up to the surface. We'll use your "Why" and your own personal values as guideposts to design your life - the one you've always wanted, but never knew you could have.
STEP 04 : Dream About Where You Want To Be
Now the fun really begins! At this point, you've done a ton of internal work. You've made huge strides in the right direction and your confidence is building. You're starting to believe that you can make just about anything happen. In this step, we'll work together to tackle where you dream of being in each area of your life.
STEP 05 : Determine Your Pain Points
We'll use your baseline from Step 01 to pick 1-2 areas to focus on. This is a life-long journey and though you can change and grow in every area of your life - you can't do it all at once. You'll pick the areas that you want and need to focus on first. The best part is, once you start in one area, your progress has a ripple effect and will start to trickle into other areas of your life.
STEP 06 : Create A Plan To Get There
You've established where you are and where you want to be, now what? Now we'll reverse engineer how to get you there, establishing small goals with deadlines that will challenge you and grow you to where you ultimately want to be.
STEP 07 : Design Your Environment For Success
This is the step that most people forget about, but it's one of the most important keys to living your dream life. Once you establish what kind of life you want to live, a life free of comparison that aligns with your own values, you've got to design your environments in a way that sets you up for success. When you have that in place, there's less room for failure and disappointment and more room for joy and growth!
